We currently ship only within the United States.

International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email.

No Shipping Days:
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery:
Delivery times are calculated by the carrier and vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided by UPS® or USPS once the order has shipped.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Dodoessentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the order as delivered. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your case and assist you accordingly.

 Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Dodoessentials is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
